Wiew on Microsft and Yahoo

Today i would like to tell you about the Microsoft VS Yahoo war. Yahoo's board refused the bid, they want more. But how about the other stockholder`s , they may whant to get ride of there share since the profit is declinng, but the Board are looking for other alternatives. Intressting is that Google is afraid now. If Microsoft buy Yahoo, it would surtanly cause problemd for Google. Imagine yourself Microsoft and yahoo together, combined tehy will have a big part of teh market. That scares Google, Google and Yahoo have started talking about a venture partnership. My personal wiew is no, eventualy microsoft will put in a higer bid on Yahoo or that the shareholders sell there stocks to Microsoft. Microsoft is a big company, now we talking about the big fishes, but with competitors like Apple, they will have a hard time ahead. Microsoft is doing totaly rigth in the Yahoo cahse. they have a big pile of money can easly lay a higer bid. they have problem with the cash flow. Microsoft is a stabile company and with growing market's such as Asia, Africa and Middle east, you can sleep calm at nigth with Microsoft in your portfolio. Another aspect when we come to the bid, is to buy Yahoo stocks, if Microsoft goes all in, Yahoos stock will increase.
